Call or Text Me First
Before starting a remote session, give me a call or text at (906) 662-4481. I'll confirm I'm available and give you a session code to enter.

Click the Button Below
Click the large Start Remote Session button below. It will take you to the RemotePC page where you can download a small temporary app to allow the connection.

Enter Your Session Code
Once the app loads, enter the session code I gave you on the phone. I'll connect to your computer and we'll get started. You can see everything I'm doing and disconnect at any time.

// IS THIS SAFE?
Yes. RemotePC uses bank-level 256-bit AES encryption. You can see everything happening on your screen at all times and can end the session instantly by closing the app or pressing the disconnect button. I cannot access your computer without your permission.
// WHAT DO I NEED?
Just an internet connection and your computer. Windows or Mac both work. No account needed, no software to install permanently — the session app downloads temporarily and cleans up after itself when we're done.
// HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Remote support is billed at $85/hr with a 15-minute minimum — significantly less than an on-site visit. For residential clients, phone diagnosis is always free. You'll know the estimated time before we start.
